whypaymore helps you identify products and discover estimated prices across online retailers, marketplaces, and nearby stores using AI.

Price information is provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, outdated, or change at any time. Always confirm the final price, availability, and terms directly with the seller before purchasing.

3. Third-party sellers & pricing

whypaymore is not a seller. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill any products. We are not responsible for third-party seller pricing, listings, stock, quality, delivery, or any transaction you enter into with a third party.

Outbound links to retailers are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

4. Accounts & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Canceling stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current period.

Prices for plans may change; we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reverse-engineering, overloading, attempting to bypass usage limits or security, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Abuse of the platform may result in rate-limiting, suspension, or termination of your account without notice.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of price data, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
